Rooted LeadHER was born from my own journey of learning to heal, grow, and trust God in every season. Along the way, He showed me that true leadership and purpose begin within, when we are deeply rooted in His truth and grace.
What started as a personal calling has grown into a space for women who want to live with faith at the center, grace in their steps, and confidence in who God created them to be. Rooted LeadHER exists to help women slow down, reconnect with God, and nurture the confidence and purpose He’s already planted within them.

Meet Candi
I’m Candi Reyes, a life coach and facilitator of learning who believes that real growth begins beneath the surface, where God works in unseen ways.

My story has been one of planting, waiting, and growing, seasons of both challenge and grace that have shown me how God uses every experience as a seed of growth. Through each season, He’s deepened my faith and strengthened my belief that every woman can become who He designed her to be.

Over the years, I’ve learned that growth often starts quietly, through reflection, surrender, and the willingness to keep showing up in faith. That’s the heart behind Rooted LeadHER: creating a space for women to walk closely with God, rediscover their confidence, and live with renewed purpose.
