Inspired by the enduring qualities of Redwood, Maple, and Oak trees, each lab focuses on a distinct facet of leadership development, equipping participants with practical tools and supportive networks to lead with confidence.

Redwood Resilience 

Our Redwood Resilience Lab is designed to help women build personal resilience and maintain emotional well-being amid life’s challenges. Inspired by the rooted strength of Redwood trees, this workshop equips participants with practical strategies, nurtures supportive relationships, and fosters a resilient mindset that sustains growth in both personal and professional environments.

Maple Balanced Growth

Maple Balanced Growth Lab is designed to help women lead and manage change effectively, whether in personal or professional contexts. Inspired by the graceful adaptability of Maple trees, this workshop provides frameworks to orchestrate transitions, guide teams and colleagues through transformation, and ensure values remain central to decision-making during periods of change.
